viva la vida craze Ivan 'Vern' Poh from URL @ 11:44 PM i will tell you why viva la vida craze and what it is all about... *real soon* today was quite a different day altogether for me. i've never spent mondays out with people nor out of house for a long period of time. well, there is always the first time & hahhs today was my first time just staying out and getting a rest. we slept in and woke up at noon today. nicholas lee, boxue & wayne came over to stay over. it was quite funny, we didn't do anything. i felt a little bad because i was totally tired and i'd went to sleep before wayne came. when wayne stepped into my room, i greeted him then i fell right back to sleep. so that was it... a stayover or a hotel stay! (: we did nothing... we woke up and nicholas and boxue went off first. i went for my haircut and wayne followed me first because his soccer outing was later in the day. i got to victoria hotel & was late for my appointment but then my friend hairstylist was really cool as usual. caught up with him a little bit and he is finally in a relationship. he taught me some usual things i need to do when i am young and 'advised' me in the area of relationships. it was quite funny because i had nicholas luo & wayne over there with me listening. also, all the things he said, i've heard it a thousand times having been cutting my hair there for a thousand times. he keeps telling me that when i'm still young, okay looking i better enjoy my life and play all the relationships i want before i grow old and fat. hahhs. that's quite his theory which is really interesting. yes it amuses me. but well, all of us know that THAT is not true right? it is about commitment, character, calling & chemistry of course. well, i will keep listening to what he has to say because i want to get him saved! alright... going back, my initial plan was national library but nadine & sinfei went over to mos burger at parco because there weren't tables. it's sad, tables ain't want us on them. so we went to mos & yeah THEY STUDIED. awesome... i planned my week and it was fast and easy because sinfei was there (: then nicholas luo challenged me to winning eleven! after which i played with jordan & then justin leong... it was quite fun... i won't tell you the outcome of those games!!! hahhs but just know i'm really good (: (: (: muahahaha jordan ate before all of us and wanted to treat himself to a highclass icecream but we stopped him. in the end he treated me to a sundae @ macs. so that's quite funny. afterwards jordan did SOME homework & nicholas read 4th Dimension. Nadine and Sinfei continued studying. Chew Theng read her Time magazine. We were doing all this for an hour or 2. soon, we got hungry and went to the foodcourt for dinner. it was super fun. i tell you it's fun, it's fun... Nadine & Sinfei wanted to eat from this jap stall but they irritated them with too much 'mashi mashi mashi' or whatever they were saying... afterwards we sat there for a LONG time just talking crap and playing 'guessing numbers'. jordan was on GTA & i soon snatched it and play too. well, quite okay game... not cool enough though. soccer better (: we had a next crazy idea. we decided to go eat dessert. so we walked from bugis all the way to selegie and had went to rochor soya bean. we walked passed close to china town and it was funny we saw 'SIN CHEW' Cultural blah blah blah. some stupid shop selling crap. so we took pictures of it because it resembles Sinfei's & Chew Theng's very good relationship. muahaha we got to rochor and i didn't know there's a 2nd storey to that thing. we went there and we turned it upside down. we laughed and joked so much the tables moved out of position. we talked crap and it was really funny. i can't being to tell you what we said and all. you should hear Jordan describe the difference between TNG & DENG. everyone of us think that he is super close to Huimin but he keeps denying so yeah. He said TNG with a acute sharpness of tone and a BIG short T resembling the sound of a church bell. then he went on to say DENG. It was mellow... dead long ddddddddDDDDDDD like a flat note on your piano or rather like smashing something unto your head. He is quite dead now. we then walked back to cathay just so jordan can use the toilet. the rest of us took a tour around gramaphone. then we went Adidas! oh man... that thing is very nice. so we went back, went home and lixing followed me home and hang out here for a while. today was quite funny. it was never ending laughter after 2pm. yeah until now as i type this. i've been thinkin about love & what people say about love. God's version of love is so not known. different people love differently & it's all ups and downs. all different all very here nor there. we'll see to it. today i and jordan did something funny. we are so similiar. having heard a song we like, we never switch to any other track on any other album! so we were all listening to viva la vida. on his mp3 player and on my ipod. we took each others earphones and tried playing the song together and listen to it through 2 players. it was funny... we couldn't match the time then we just let the song go on. then we played chasing beats for a while until we finally nailed it. on both earphones it was the same timing, the same singing! and we went, "yyyyyyyyyyyyyyYYyYyYyYyYyyyYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" that's about the crap we did (: i love them all
