odd night & old songs Ivan 'Vern' Poh from URL @ 1:44 AM we all had a long day, each and everyone of us at bmt & service. today was awesome especially with Pastor Joakim around. i managed to catch up a little bit with Pastor after the service and he was sharing so much about new generation & of course his personal life. Somehow when this man comes, i feel something rattle and rumble inside me all the time. It has to be the anointing. I remembered clearly how it had something to do with him, i mean he doesn't know, that i discovered many issues about myself. Today when i saw him, all those stuff started coming into my mind! It is the anointing & it really is. Yeah meeting him and the family tomorrow and it'll be fun. International Donut Day today and we did so many things for the first time. It was like what Pastor How said, a milestone. hahhs. I love my Pastor because everytime i talk to him i feel so empowered. He was speaking to some of us in the office while the rest was having BMT. He shared how we are a strong church, big on character, big on discipleship. Pastor How said how we'll be stronger if we add FAITH and SPIRITUALITY into it. We're in the season of FAITH so that is quite understandable. Then Pastor shared how sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone into the spiritual if not we'll be too natural! He added, we need to be very spiritual but yet very relevant and cool. Plus being heart of God church and all the discipleship, training blah blah we'll be so strong. Pastor How is amazing. He went on to talk about BMT & stuff and just listening to him is so good. Half the time i really don't know how to react and what to say so yeah... i just want to listen! hahhs Few things we need to learn and adapt into our leadership. Just came home from supper with some of the people including Charleston, etc. He drove us so that is way cool. We've grown up and no longer young anymore. Too many times i still think and feel like we're that young bunch of crazy youths growing up still but hahhs we've grown up. It was so cool to see so many things happening, we're really old now. 20 this year and entering into the coolest few years of our lives. Can't wait for me to be at my peak serving God. It will be so cool. Crap.. we've grown up. grown man now. Charleston was saying... like how Jordan, Benny, Leona and Nicholas is to us nowadays. How we sit around talking about them and laugh away at God's goodness in their lives is the same thing with Pastors last time. Imagine with me, we were like that to Pastors (: It was cool... Now i understand how Pastors might have felt. Yeah, how to turn away and drop out the race? No way. well so many thoughts for an odd night with an old song repeating on the playlist. simple hearted not naive. never complicated at heart and simple minded. just have to get this right... i am who i am because of all my thoughts, the content (books) i expose myself to & the people i associate with. As a man thinks so he is... your thoughts are important to you. they determine who you are. 1 dimension person or whatever that is. life is not a line. nor a plane but a 4 dimensional game. to be simple minded is to be like a hard working fool losing all because of the lack of understanding of times. nevertheless your thoughts must go through the phillipians 4:8 test. capture your thoughts and examine them a little pls. it has to be godly & holy. it determines how you act out your time on earth around many precious people. speaking to someone who has no depth is the most frustrating thing to me. i used to don't care about many things until Charleston told me i have to get myself more involved in the things so i widen the spectrum through i see things, analyze and sort them out. so true. while it was never my personality to, i had to i had to. i was just focussing on my cg and zone and quite self centered and sucked in. that is so small. i like it the way now. ahahaha. thank God for Charleston, Dominic & Pastors. seek understanding about the church, why your leaders do what they do, why they say what they say and it puts some depth into us. same value system, same thoughts and feelings. one kind. at least this is what i think worked for me. oh thank you Jesus, my zone is growing (: imitate Charleston as He imitate Pastors. imitate Pastors as They imitate Christ. It's a fun game. 100% Jackpot & Success rate. MUAHAHAHA just kidding... i mean you'll never go wrong that way. yeah that's it. aww crap. looking forward to tomorrow hanging out with Pastors, Pastor Joakim & the family. it's time i go now. Viva La Vida will be out mid June and i'm looking forward to that. gdnight & gdbye
